International Sales
We do not ship outside the USA.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability, and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products without liability or prior notice and to cancel any order.
Shipping and Delivery
All products ordered via the Online Store are shipped every day after 2 pm, except weekends and holidays. We use various courier companies and are not responsible for any shipping problems or delays beyond our advertised delivery timeframes. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days, and by Express Courier up to 3 business days, once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments delayed due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities, customs authorities, riots, labor disputes, civil commotions, transportation network disruptions, and natural disasters. Payment
All items purchased via the Online Store must be paid for by credit card. Accepted credit cards are VISA, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. All products selected in the US Online Store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes on non-food items may be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by check or money order.
Return Policy
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our employees and customers, we are temporarily suspending all product returns and exchanges, and in certain circumstances, refunds and credits, as we cannot ensure the condition of products once they leave our distribution channel.
